NAIW Mission
NAIW (International) serves its members by providing professional education, an environment in which to build business alliances and the opportunity to make connections with people of differing career paths and levels of experience within the insurance industry.
  • NAIW (International's) membership is open to all professionals in the insurance and risk management industries who strive for and practice professionalism, regardless of their career level.

Membership
NAIW (International) will promote membership with diversity by career levels and functions. Members work in every facet of the industry – as agents or brokers, adjusters, underwriters, claims professionals, risk managers, producers, insurance educators, customer service representatives, agency owners and automation specialists.

Education
NAIW (International) publishes a variety of educational programs designed to provide training in personal and professional development, as well as continuing education.

Designations
NAIW (International) offers its own professional designations: CPIW/M (Certified Professional Insurance Woman/Man) and DAE (Diversified Advanced Education)

Leadership
NAIW (International) is known for providing a forum for the development of leadership skills for our members and the industry.

Partnering
NAIW (International) develops business relationships with other organizations and associations that are mutually beneficial.

Technology
NAIW (International) optimizes the use of technology to improve quality or service, increase productivity, maximum membership benefits and increase visibility in the industry.

NAIW Headquarters
NAIW International Headquarters is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Headquarter operations are conducted by a staff directed by the Executive Vice President, who reports to the National President and NAIW's Board of Directors.

NAIW Structure
NAIW (International's) organizational structure consists of four levels, in addition to the individual member, spanning the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, England, Virgin Islands, Australia, Africa, Kuwait, India and Mongolia. Each level conducts meetings, elects officers, appoints committees and provides numerous opportunities for involvement and leadership.
